We are happy to have the Hillbilly Bacon on the menu. Also know as backboard bacon it is a bacon with less fat but not lean like Canadian bacon. Great for the health nuts! The Hillbilly bacon comes in .75 lb backs (aprox) and is $8.00 a lb.
